It will help us if you can provide as much detail as possible about the specific problem you are experiencing. In addition it will also help us if you can provide details about the environment you are trying to access T3 from, such as;

  • The type of device you are using (PC, Mac, iPhone, iPad, Android etc.)
  • The operating system you are running (Windows Vista, XP, X Leopard, IOS5, Jellybean etc.)
  • The internet browser and version that you are using (IE8, Safari, Chrome, etc.)
  • The anti-virus/firewall software you are running (Norton, AVG, Nod32, Windows, etc.)
